The Role As Head of Elphin Campus, you will oversee the day-to-day leadership and management of the Junior School, shaping an environment where learning, wellbeing, and community are at the forefront of every decision.
This senior leadership role offers you the opportunity to contribute to a transformative educational journey for our students, as we work towards our strategic vision, SOC2035.
Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and inspiring a high-functioning, collaborative team of staff.Ensuring a robust and dynamic curriculum that nurtures both academic achievement and personal growth.Cultivating a culture of wellbeing and belonging for both students and staff.Managing the strategic and operational aspects of the Junior School, including budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance.Engaging with the wider College community, including students, families, and staff, to build lasting relationships and foster a shared commitment to our College values of Compassion, Commitment, Courage, Respect, and Responsibility.About You We are looking for a visionary and compassionate leader who can:
Demonstrate extensive experience in educational leadership, ideally in a similar role or at a senior level within the primary/early childhood education sector.Drive innovation and excellence in teaching and learning.Lead and manage teams effectively, ensuring high performance and fostering a positive, supportive work culture.Be an advocate for student wellbeing, supporting their growth socially, emotionally, and academically.Build strong partnerships with families and the broader community.You will be a dynamic, strategic thinker with the ability to lead by example, motivating others to contribute to our shared mission of providing an exceptional, holistic education.
