The firm offers diverse client exposure, continuous learning opportunities, and a dynamic culture that encourages teamwork, innovation, and leadership, making it an ideal place for ambitious professionals seeking to advance their careers in accounting and business advisory with self-paced promotions!About the Role:Based in Hervey Bay, you will be a qualified CA/CPA accountant and a strategic thinker who is resilient with a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team to deliver a range of high-quality compliance and business advisory services to clients, including:Advanced taxation and accounting principles knowledge, with the ability to conduct in-depth research and problem-solve.Proficiency in preparing financial accounts, income tax returns, activity statements, and other financial documentation to a high standard.Ability to prepare budgets, cashflows, and business planning documents, along with providing strategic tax planning and business structure advice.Strong practical knowledge of accounting software like MYOB, Reckon, Xero, and QuickBooks, enabling effective client support and system advice.Experience in assisting clients with audits, compliance issues, and licensing applications, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.About You:6+ years working in public practice and business services.
