This individual will be a motivating leader and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities of the Gift Shop Manager: Working collaboratively within your team to ensure sales goals and KPI's are achieved. Demonstrating strong leadership skills by training, mentoring and providing feedback to team members. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures and administration is achieved. Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Maintaining sound level of stock and low shrinkage through monthly stocktakes and weekly replenishment orders. Providing reports on buying trends, customer needs and profits. Demonstrating creativity and growth through proposing innovative ideas to increase market share. Ensuring performance management is conducted to assess training needs and build career paths. Additional store manager duties as needed.
