Salary: Level 6 - $115,824 to $127,647 pa + superannuation - PSCSAA 2024

We currently have one fulltime, permanent position available.
This position will partner with our HR Manager (Talent and Entitlements) to lead and manage the delivery of a professional consultancy service across the Office on complex workplace relations; industrial relations; performance management; discipline; equal opportunity and organisational change ensuring legislative compliance across all industrial instruments.
You will be leading others to develop and implement organisational programs to support leadership expectations; learning and development; professional development; work health and safety in alignment with OAG’s strategic plans.
You will be experienced in evaluating and continuously identifying key trends to facilitate cultural reform through leadership development and improve corporate policies, informing innovative HR projects.
