FIND PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Water Sewer Coordinator East ensures the Reticulation Team operate and maintain the water and sewer reticulation networks enabling the provision of safe, efficient, and quality water and sewerage services to the Wellington, Geurie and Mumbil reticulation systems.
You’ll make an impact by:
* Overseeing relevant water supply and sewerage networks operations to ensure continuous supply of water and sewer services to meet Customers Services Standards
* Ensuring the provision of relevant water and sewer mains maintenance services
* Ensuring the operation of Council Water supply and Sewerage assets in accordance with Council's policies and manual procedures to meet Council's objectives as set out in Council's Management Plan
* Providing up to date data for relevant logs, work requests and Customers Requests (CRM)
* Assisting with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and safety systems
* Supervising your team and their duties ensuring that individual accountabilities and performance are monitored and achieved
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
You are a highly motivated and proactive professional who brings a wealth of demonstrated experience in Water and Sewer systems. You are an experienced leader with an extensive background in water and sewer, boasting a deep understanding of the best practice and commitment to delivering projects and programmes to the community. Your ability to communicate to a high standard, convey ideas clearly, and engage effectively with team members is instrumental to your success.
You have a passion for providing consistent, accurate and timely advice to clients, customers and a range of internal and external stakeholders, shown through your demonstrated skills in customer service and client relationship management.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Certification in the Water industry or related discipline and or relevant experience
* Demonstrated previous supervisory experience.
* General Construction Induction Card and Class C drivers’ licence
* Intermediate level of computer skills in Microsoft suits and experience in Smartsheet operations / data entry.
* Well-developed written and oral communication
* Implement Traffic Control Plans (IMP) and Traffic Controller (TCR)

Attractive annual salary ranging from $91,167 to $105,949 inclusive of market allowance is on offer.
