You will be responsible for business development, planning, and solutions management handover to the delivery teams across a variety of market segments. The role offers broad and varied exposure to the Australian construction industry and is best suited to a forward-thinking individual that is driven to exceed client expectations, by providing solutions to meet the client's needs. Duties Build a sustainable Market Share Drive and support repeat business Work with the National Team in securing Strategic Projects Identify complementary service offerings to customers and areas to expand NCS's suite of offers through provision of services or acquisition of aligned regions. Work with the Executive Team to develop and refine strategy for new business growth in line with financial targets Work with the wider regional team to review and develop existing accounts, to cross-sell further enhanced services and support growth areas. Requirements Full unrestricted Australian working rights Current valid White Card (or willingness to obtain prior to commencing in the role) Current Australian driver's license Self–driven with strong communication skills Ability to build and manage professional relationships with various stakeholders Desirable Working knowledge of the remediation industry (products/services/methodologies), exposure to asset management practices, experience in selling to infrastructure providers e.g., water/wastewater, civil, road, rail, renewables.
