With this support, you're empowered to excel and innovate in your practice.Your Role as a Behaviour Therapist at daarBeing a dedicated member of the daar team as a Behaviour Therapist entails the meaningful endeavour of positively shaping lives through the principles and practices of behaviour therapy.Utilising assessment tools to conduct behavioural assessments and analysis to develop behaviour support plans.Implement behaviour support plans and review support plans as per NDIS guidelines.Ensuring practices and interventions are aligned with NDIS Quality and Safeguards, NDIS Restrictive Practices, and Behaviour Support guidelines.Being a part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering improved health outcomes.Understanding of other models of practice which are complementary to Positive Behaviour Support such as environmental enrichment and person-centred active support.Manage a caseload of children, young people and adults with a disability who present with a variety of needs.
