We are flexible on where this role can be based but ideally Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.This commercial excellence role will provide ongoing expertise for professional development with Opal sales team members with a focus on embedding, deploying and enhancing sales capabilities, skills, tools, behaviours and processes across our business.You will play a pivotal role in delivering programs that embed and sustain sales best practice and a focus on improving returns for each business, enabling value creation opportunities for both customers and Opal.Working with Opal sales teams across ANZ, you will facilitate some sales leadership programs as well as work with external providers to provide ongoing sales training. This role exists as our Sales centre of excellence leader working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to analyse, discover and implement sales efficiency and effectiveness improvement opportunities for Opal and its customers.We are able to offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.
