Applicants must be based in Perth, Western Australia.Key Responsibilities:Develop a project plan for the clients implementation of PRISEstablish project board and governanceSchedule and conduct regular meetings for project team and stakeholdersEngage with Subject Matter Experts and facilitators of project tasksCoordinate executive / committee engagement and endorsement of key principlesCoordinate the change management communications and promotion with the Senior Change ManagerMaintain cohesion between various stakeholders within the organisationFacilitate the business engagement with effective planning and communicationIdentification of solutions to potential impacts to project deliverablesReporting of progress to project sponsor/s and accountable authoritiesEssential Requirements:Knowledge of the WA Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing PRIS legislationKnowledge of the Western Australian Information Classification PolicyData Governance experience and/or understanding of conceptsInformation Management experience relating to information identification, security, access and sharingData Classification and security controls understandingKnowledge of technology systems and access permissionsKnowledge of secure handling of information protocolsManagement of complex projects in a large organisationExcellent time management skills adhering to strict timeframesExcellent communication skills to facilitate implementation of planPolicy development and promotionCurrent valid NPC or ability to obtain oneDue to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further discussion.
