Job Description:
The Education Development Officer will provide support to the Education Development team and its activities, contributing to a high-performing team and reporting to the Education Development Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provides effective and efficient administrative support to the Education Development team.
* Maintains efficient processes and systems to support projects, including effective and accurate document control and record keeping.
* Assists the Education Development Coordinator to monitor the project work schedule.
* Coordinates online enrollments, participant communication, and reporting.
* Responds and tracks first-level support requests.
* Maintains relationships with clinical educators, medical educators, and subject matter experts to ensure consistent clinical input.
* Contributes to the running of educational events, such as virtual workshops and face-to-face workshops.
* Manages enquiries to ensure member/non-member needs are met.
* Reports on workstreams to the Education Development Coordinator and reports any issues.
