Requirements What you will need to be successful in this role Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams. Experience providing Level 2 support for enterprise applications, preferably in a cloud-based or housing management system environment. Proficiency in supporting cloud-based applications, integrations, and configurations. Understanding of database structures, APIs, and system workflows. Experience handling escalations and following ITIL best practices. Ability to track and document issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and implementation teams. Willingness to share knowledge and mentor Level 1 support analysts. Eagerness to stay updated with new technologies, system updates, and best practices. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and evolving support processes.
