Reporting to the CFO, this role will be responsible for: Supporting the CFO in managing capital structure, funding strategies, and financial planning across various projects. Conducting detailed financial modelling and analysis for potential and ongoing property developments, providing insights to drive decision-making. Preparing cash flow forecasts, feasibility studies, and investment appraisals to assess project viability. Monitoring and optimisation of financial performance, tracking project budgets, timelines, and profitability. Assisting in structuring and negotiating financing solutions, including debt and equity arrangements. Collaborate closely with internal teams (development, legal, and operations) and external stakeholders (banks, investors, and partners) to facilitate smooth project execution. Analysing market trends, economic data, and risk factors to provide strategic insights and support the company's growth ambitions. Profile We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Capital Manager / Development Analyst who will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the success of their development projects. Key requirements for the role are: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field (Master's or CFA/CPA preferred). Proven experience in capital management, financial analysis, or development finance within the property development or real estate sector. Strong proficiency in financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and investment appraisal techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. High attention to detail, with a strategic mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
