This diverse role involves engaging with patients, liaising with third-party organisations, and collaborating closely with our skilled clinicians and the executive management team.Outstanding communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a team-focused environment.What You'll DoReception & Customer Service: Participate in and oversee reception operations, manage patient retention, uphold high standards of service, and monitor reception KPIs.
