The Role:
* Deliver high-quality, accurate work while managing deadlines, responding to change and competing priorities.
* Manage files end to end.
* Answer phone calls within the team when team members are unavailable and take detailed and accurate messages.
* Coordinate detailed travel arrangements including itineraries, meeting requirements and appropriate visa documentation if required.
* Assist with billing in a timely manner.
* Provide general administrative support to the Sydney Office.
About You:
* The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate 2 years previous experience within Insurance.
* Ability to sustain high-level performance, problem solve and meet deadlines autonomously.
* Effective time management, planning and organisational skills.
* Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
* Proficiency with iManage and Expert.
* A 'can do' approach, with the ability to learn/pick up things quickly.
