As our next Network Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and optimising the Swoop global network. You'll dive into designing, building, and maintaining an advanced, high-performing network, ensuring our customers enjoy unmatched service and reliability. From testing to troubleshooting, your work will be at the heart of delivering exceptional connectivity and satisfaction to our customers.Key Responsibilities Contributing to and planning for the ongoing maintenance, management and upgrading of the Swoop network to ensure the network is operational 24x7x365Taking ownership of deliverables, managing timelines and providing updates throughout the progress of a task.Responding to escalations regarding network service and operation in line with service level expectations.Proactively monitoring the Swoop network to identify potential upcoming issues and mitigating prior to customer impact.Responding to escalations regarding network service and operation in line with service level expectations.Providing technical advice and support for customers.Your experience and qualifications Experience working in a technical operations role implementing, maintaining networks and systems in a telecommunications company and/or network service provider.Experience working with network equipment from vendors such as Cisco (IOS and IOS-XR), and Juniper.Demonstrated commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of emerging technology and associated trends.Demonstrated ability to be a quick learner who easily adapts to emerging requirements and needs.Industry certifications are desirableReady to make a real impact?
