This role is perfect for an experienced documenter who thrives in the technical side of architecture.
You will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation across residential, commercial, and wellbeing projects, ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently.
DUTIES.
Produce detailed construction documentation using ArchiCAD.
Work on high-end residential, commercial, and wellbeing projects.
Liaise with consultants, builders, and other stakeholders.
Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards and project timelines.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
Tertiary qualification in Architecture or related field.
Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD.
Proven experience in residential, commercial, or wellbeing-focused projects.
Ability to manage documentation from DA to CC stages.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
