* Lead a team of Project Managers, ensuring effective governance, budgeting, and resource management
* Define project scope, strategy, and governance while maintaining oversight of all projects
* Foster stakeholder relationships, manage timelines, and coordinate internal and external resources
* Oversee project documentation, reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement processes
* Ensure smooth project rollout, clear communication, and knowledge sharing
* Conduct post-project reviews and transition projects to business-as-usual teams
* Uphold Youi values and maintain workplace health and safety standards
About you - Experience & Knowledge
o Qualifications: PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent (preferred)
o Experience: 5+ years in project management, ideally in insurance / financial services
o Skills: Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical skills, and risk management
o Knowledge: Project / change management, leadership, team building, and strategic thinking
o Qualities: Proactive, adaptable, commercially minded, and able to manage multiple stakeholders
Ways of working
o Hybrid model: onsite Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays
o Located at our Head Quarters, Sippy Downs, Sunshine Coast: free onsite parking, close to public transport (bus), and is conveniently located near shops
