Bring your experience as an office and accounts manager and manage the finance function of a growing business.The Role As an Accounts Manager, you will be proactive and able to assist the team in various duties to the business. The Company is projecting growth in 2025 and is seeking someone to look after all finances. Taking the lead on all Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes Keeping track of all payments and expenditures - batching and coding Banking & credit card reconciliation Assist with all budgeting, forecasts, and weekly reporting Work closely with their external accountants General office management - stationary and kitchen orders, meeting and greeting clients when required, data entry, filing Assist the marketing team with updating capability statements Weekly social media and LinkedIn posts About You At least 2-3 years' experience in an end-to-end accounts or bookkeeping role within the construction industry Exposure to working in an administration role Able to work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment Strong attention to detail and data entry skills Procore or similar software experience would be beneficial Remuneration & Benefits A remuneration package of up to $90-100K + super, depending on experience Office located in the Lower North Shore, close to public transport 5 days based in office Young, dynamic, supportive team and working culture For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Kim Castueras on 0423 927 536 or click apply.
