A 12-months fixed term contract HR Advisor role, based in Illawarra, paying up to $110k base. Your new company You will be joining an agile and forward-thinking business that operates in a blue-collar sector. Based in Illawarra. Your new role Reporting into the Senior HRBP, your role will include but not be limited to: Onboarding and offboarding processes; Advising managers on award interpretation, IR and ER matters, and escalating where necessary; Assisting the HRBP with strategy, employee engagement and projects; Keep up to date with compliance and being the first point of contact for queries regarding this; Helping with training and development. What you'll need to succeed Your experience in a similar role, as HR Coordinator or HR Advisor, within a blue-collar sector will lead you to success, as well as: Being an Australian citizen - this is a must; Time management and stakeholder management skills; A degree in HR or in a similar field; This job will fit someone who is switched on and can work in an agile and fast-paced environment; Outstanding communication skills.
