We are looking for a top performing, results-driven sales professional to manage the sale of residential land across a portfolio of exciting projects in Perth's south. As Estate Manager you will have responsibility for managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to sale settlement, whilst providing an exceptional customer experience to all clients, including home builders.
To be considered, you will have a proven track record of success in land sales or new home sales. Built form experience is preferred. You will be skilled at building good working relationships with project builders. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to proactively meet business and stakeholder needs whilst providing a great sale outcome for the customer.
A sound understanding of the residential building industry is essential as is the possession of a current Real Estate Sales Representative registration. Experience with CRM systems and using social media to build your networks and enhance the sales process will be well-regarded.
A current driver's licence is essential as is the ability to work a roster that includes weekends and some public holidays.
