This role will support and strengthen the organisation's cybersecurity posture by developing and enforcing policies, conducting risk assessments, assisting in managing third-party security risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.The role also includes incident response, vulnerability management, and coordination of a corrective actions register including those related to internal and external audits. The Cyber GRC Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing insights to the Business Transformation leadership team and driving continuous improvement of GRC processes to mitigate cybersecurity risks and enhance organisational resilience.What you’ll bringA minimum of 3 years' experience in Cyber Governance, Risk and ComplianceExpertise in cybersecurity frameworks, policy development and vendor risk management.Proven experience in vulnerability managementAbility to conduct internal and external auditsStrong analytical skills to solve complex technical problemsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and experience working effectively in cross-functional teamsFreedomWe offer a variety of flexible arrangements to suit our employees' varied needs and the business, including purchased leave, varied start and finish times, working from alternative locations and accrued days off.
