The Financial Compliance Branch sits within the Budgets and Financial Services Division and supports the Department of Defence by providing a framework of financial policies and advice to support staff in exercising their financial responsibilities.There are a broad range of specialised financial activities undertaken within the Financial Compliance Branch including Financial policy, Financial compliance, Financial Learning, Travel Policy and Tax Management.The Financial Learning Directorate plays a vital role in delivering Learning programs to support exemplary financial practice across Defence.The team helps to inform and educate Defence personnel to make sound decisions around Defence financial management, through practical interpretation of financial policy and processes.The team is responsible for delivering generalist and specialist financial learning solutions in a variety of formats including video, eLearning and face-to-face training (both in-person and online).Our Ideal CandidateYou are a creative individual who loves to share knowledge and develop those around you.
