Customer Insights Research Manager
Location: Parramatta | Contract: 8 Months | Rate: $850 – $1150 per day + Super
Talent International is seeking an experienced Customer Insights Research Manager to join a prominent NSW Government client on a strategic project. This role offers a rare opportunity to shape impactful research that informs public services.
About the Role
In this key position, you will lead a high-visibility, customized market research project from concept to delivery, working with diverse stakeholders across NSW Government.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Leadership: Design and deliver an extensive market research project, collaborating with stakeholders to set project objectives and define scope.
* End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full project lifecycle, advising executives on research provider selection, leading workshops, overseeing survey design, and ensuring data analysis aligns with business objectives.
* Insights & Storytelling: Craft impactful insights and presentations by integrating data sets, delivering clear recommendations that drive informed decision-making.
* Project Management Excellence: Apply robust project management practices to optimize resources, set deadlines, assign roles, and monitor progress.
Requirements
* Experience: 7+ years in customer insights or market research, with strong quantitative research expertise; qualitative experience is a plus.
* Research Expertise: Skilled in customized market research, especially around attitudes, behavior change, and behavior research.
* Organizational Savvy: Proven ability to manage large, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end, ensuring project milestones are achieved on schedule.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and driving project outcomes collaboratively.
