About the role:
Crown Equipment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Training Coordinator to join our Asia Pacific team. In this key support role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our Service Training Team. You’ll coordinate training schedules, manage records within the Learning Management System (LMS), support the preparation and delivery of training sessions, and govern our Service Induction program across the Asia Pacific region. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission by helping our trainers deliver impactful and effective training experiences.
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
· Coordinate and schedule training sessions for service employees across the business.
· Develop, update, and maintain training materials and resources to ensure they are current and effective.
· Document procedures for the Service Training Department, with regular reviews to maintain accuracy and relevance.
· Collaborate with Service Department managers to assess individual training needs and align them with available course offerings.
· Manage training records, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
· Serve as the primary administrator for the LMS, scheduling course offerings and reporting.
· Oversee the Service Induction program, coordinating onboarding activities.
· Support special projects as assigned by management.
Skills and Experience
· Proven experience in training coordination or a similar role, ideally working with an LMS.
· Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
· Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
· Training experience is preferred, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt to a dynamic training environment.
· A proactive, flexible attitude to adapt to changing business requirements.
· Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
