What you’ll do
4. Lead the site F&M team in managing all matters relating to F&M operations, manual handling engineering, risk and compliance.
5. Ensure that the site facility and assets are managed in accordance with relevant Australian Standards and Codes of Practice; comply with local and statutory regulations; Landlord and insurance requirements; and Primary Connect’s standards, policies and procedures.
6. Monitor and manage F&M contractor works and activities, to ensure all works are satisfactorily and safely completed to Primary Connect policies, procedures and standards, so as to minimise disruption to occupants and operators.
7. Conduct and complete national/regional/state DC property and F&M related inspections as per the nominated frequencies via the nominated platform.
8. Lead the procurement of site-specific non-residential services and contracts in accordance with WOW and Primary Connect procurement guidelines.
9. Point of call for site-specific technical and maintenance advice, supporting onsite operational, safety, asset protection, and other WOW teams, and contractors.
10. Formulate and deliver operating expenditure budgeting and forecasting.
What you’ll bring
11. Previous experience in a similar Facilities or Maintenance management role
12. Previous experience managing direct reports
13. Previous experience with contract and contractor management
14. Strong experience and knowledge of - Fire services, including essential safety measures demonstrating knowledge of AS1815:2012 The Building Code of Australia, Hydraulics services, Electrical systems, Lights and lighting systems, Mechanical systems Automation systems, MHE mobile equipment, security systems
15. Strong communication and influencing skills to effectively build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
16. Strong experience in the facilities and/or property industry, industrial or Building / Engineering trade background- desired
