Key Responsibilities Lead and manage planning operations, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality output. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and local councils. Provide strategic planning advice and technical support on complex development projects. Develop and mentor junior staff, fostering professional growth and ensuring the team’s ongoing success. Drive business development initiatives to grow the Planning Business Unit and align with the company’s strategic objectives. Oversee financial performance, ensuring project budgets are met and revenue targets are achieved. Maintain and improve quality assurance processes to ensure work meets industry standards and regulations.
