We are currently seeking a genuine hospitality professional to deliver the highest level of guest engagement and service in our stunning beach side Restaurant. Our Assistant Restaurant Manager is a critical position to the overall success of our Boutique Hotel, with food and beverage being the heart of our guest experience. Our Boutique Tropical Escapes for Adults and Couples are highly inclusive and offer exclusive benefits for our house guests such as Pool Butler, In room private dining, Beachside Picnics, Guest Cocktail making, Guest Wine classes and Chef's Table.
We need our Assistant Restaurant Manager to ensure each service period is executed to perfection, delivering memorable Reef House experiences to our in-house guests, something which cannot be created elsewhere.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities
* Ensure each service period is run to perfection.
* Assist the Executive Chef and General Manager with management of the Restaurant.
* Work with our Executive Chef on special events and projects.
* Be able to accurately report on daily shift and restaurant KPI's.
* Plan menus in consultation with Chefs.
* Plan and organise special functions.
* Arrange the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget.
* Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions.
* Ensure dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance.
* Confer with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service.
* Select, train and supervise waiting and kitchen staff.
* May take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders.
Skills and Experience
* Knowledge of H&L preferable.
* Advanced wine knowledge.
* A la carte skills and experience.
* Advanced cocktail making skills and knowledge.
* At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
