* Permanent full-time role in an organisation that is actively growing
* Enjoy a work-life balance with a 35-hour workweek, monthly RDOs & hybrid setup
* Be key in a major Cloud migration and other upcoming projects
Tired? Burnt out? Why work a 40-hour workweek when you could get paid the same to work 35?
Not only that, but how does a 9-day fortnight or a monthly rostered day off sound? And might I add, the ability to work from home twice a week?
Refreshed already, aren’t you?
And did I mention Long Service Leave after just 5 years? Not bad, huh?
When you're in the office, you'll love the space. Need a coffee pick-me-up? Lucky for you, there are cafes within walking distance.
Got strong Cloud experience and ready to jump into some exciting projects? Perfect – you'll fit right in!
Your New Gig
As an IT Systems Administrator, you’ll need to be at the top of your game.
You'll be handling classic system admin duties - patching software issues in a Windows environment, keeping networks running smoothly, and liaising with vendors.
Some days will be business as usual. Others? Not so much.
But this isn’t just a maintenance role. Far from it in fact.
With major projects already in motion and more on the horizon, from day one, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of IT here. Especially as you use your Cloud knowledge for a major migration project to the Cloud.
Within the next six to twelve months, you’ll be sure to be kept busy with projects such as a major Wi-Fi upgrade, Office 365 migration, hardware refresh, and even a Data Centre refresh.
And trust me, there's way more in the pipeline to come.
Keen to know what experience you need?
You’ve been in the IT realm for quite some time now, with solid experience as a Systems Administrator.
More importantly, you have strong Cloud expertise – we’re ideally talking about 3 - 5 years of experience. But hey, if you have more, we won’t complain!
You’ve worked extensively in a Microsoft environment; Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office, Windows-based applications, virtualisation technologies, and have performed patching through Manage Engine.
Ideally, your Cloud experience is within the Microsoft Suite such as Azure Cloud. If not, no stress – your Cloud expertise is transferable.
Have project management experience? Even better. If you’re confident in leading projects, this is a place where you can really make an impact by driving future projects.
A few other things you’ll need:
o An Australian Driver’s License
o Degree in IT, or a relevant tertiary qualification, OR significant professional experience
Not sure if you qualify? Just ask.
