Account Manager, Professional - Sydney West/Central CoastRight now, we have a great opportunity for a Account Manager to join our Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) sales team in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and building market share within a highly competitive portfolio within Western Sydney / Central Coast Territory.Reporting to our Group Account Manager, you will deliver against sales and profit targets by securing and growing accounts through execution of a strategic industry sales plan. Utilising a consultative, high-touch sales approach you will consult with your clients to understand business needs and challenges to identify buying behaviour and value drivers, in order to sell-in products and solutions.Working with an existing customer base, you will be tasked to add sales breadth to your portfolio as well as identify, pipeline and win new clients to KCP. You will work in partnership with our distributor management team to develop strong relationships with targeted clients, working in parallel to jointly close sales when relevant. Building a deep network of relationship at different touch-points within your customer accounts, you will utilize a variety of digital tools to identify leads and business opportunities.In your role, you'll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. It starts with YOU.About You:You are a seasoned sales professional with account management, sales or business development experience within a B2B sales or corporate sales environment. Your experience selling within manufacturing, industrial and/or food production industries will be highly regarded.You utilise a solutions-focused and relationship-driven sales approach, and have highly developed communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with using data to plan your sales approach, you will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and account specific KPI's.A strong relationship builder, you have an ability to influence and develop business within existing accounts. Possessing a growth mindset, you are passionate about providing a solutions-focused sales approach to your clients, personal sales development and are open to receiving constructive feedback.You love what you do, especially when the work you do makes a difference.
