The opportunity: As an Educator at Explorers, you'll play a vital role in delivering an enriching learning programme within our new state-of-the-art service. You'll build meaningful relationships with children and families, ensuring their individual needs are met while working collaboratively with your team to create a supportive and nurturing environment.
As an Educator or Lead Educator, your responsibilities will include:
Building strong relationships with children and families Developing and implementing an engaging early childhood programme in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Maintaining a safe, engaging, and supportive environment that inspires learning and development Adhering to policies and procedures to ensure the safety, health, and wellbeing of everyone at the service About you: You are an experienced Educator with genuine enthusiasm for and deep commitment to early childhood education. You bring high energy, a love for nature-based play, and the ability to connect with and nurture children through their developmental journey.
You will demonstrate: Diploma or Cert III in Children's Services (Bachelor qualified also eligible) Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid Certificate Strong understanding of early childhood development and the EYLF Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a cohesive team What makes us an incredible place to work?
