We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist / Office Support to join our team at Prestige Inhome Care. As a valued member of our office staff, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet visitors and ensure everyone feels welcome
* Assist with enquiries (face-to-face and over the phone)
* Maintain the reception and general office areas in a neat and tidy condition
* Support office operations, including mail handling and restocking supplies
* Assist with administrative tasks such as printing, laminating, and preparing office materials
* Help organise staff events and celebrations

* You have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
