The role As the Manager Corporate Performance, you will contribute to building DEMIRS into a high-performance innovative organisation by leading and facilitating the Department's corporate performance program and provide input to the continuous improvement of its information and data management systems and frameworks for assessing, monitoring and reporting on its performance. The role also contributes to the strategic and operational planning of the Strategic Planning, Performance, Risk and Reform Branch and supervises two staff members. Drawing on your leadership skills, you will lead the ongoing development and improvement of the Department's extensive corporate performance reporting including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Group Corporate Performance Indicators (CPIs). You will need to liaise and work consultatively with many business areas across DEMIRS to develop and improve the existing corporate performance frameworks. You will also support the General Manager Strategic Planning, Performance, Risk and Reform to manage Branch activities/projects, including its physical, human and financial resources to ensure the achievement of outcomes identified in the Branch Operational Plan. Your high-level analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills will play a key role in identifying and resolving business operation issues with a focus on continuous improvement of the branch's objectives, projects, and initiatives.
