Role Overview:
They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contracts Administrator to join their dynamic team. This combined role requires expertise in contract administration, project finance, and office administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, particularly in smart home and smart building projects, and will be proficient in both Chinese and English.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contract Administration:
o Prepare, review, and manage contracts with subcontractors and clients.
o Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
o Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Project Finance:
o Handle project progress claims and budget control.
o Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) related to projects.
o Assist in financial reporting and analysis specific to projects.
o Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial processes for each project.
* Office Administration:
o Manage office operations and supplies.
o Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
o Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in contract administration, project finance, and office administration, preferably in the construction industry.
* Strong understanding of smart home and smart building technologies.
* Proficient in both Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
