The Role We are seeking an experienced IP litigation lawyer. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling advisory and contentious IP matters, including providing advice, preparing cease and desist correspondence, drafting pleadings and other court documents, briefing counsel, preparing evidence and drafting submissions. You will work on market-leading IP matters, working closely with our specialist partners and other team members on a range of advisory and contentious IP matters. Qualifications/Experience: 8 years or more post-qualification experience, preferably from a specialist IP practice with a focus on litigation. Excellent communication, negotiation and inter-personal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Able to manage client matters, deliver exemplary client service and delegate work.
