The Role A vacancy has arisen for a Territory Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that will drive their success even further across NSW. Your role will involve building strong relationships with current dealers, identifying new opportunities, and driving sales in the region. This is a solution-based sales role where technical knowledge is vital. You'll be responsible for advising customers on the most suitable sprayers and pumps for their specific needs, providing exceptional service, and growing the business within the region. We're seeking someone with a solid foundation in sales, ideally with experience in agricultural machinery, parts, or a technical industry such as irrigation or hydraulics. If you have a mechanical aptitude and enjoy solving problems, this could be the perfect role for you. While technical experience is an advantage, this position may also suit someone with minimal industry experience but a willingness to learn, and an interest in technical products. Requirements A background in agricultural machinery, machinery parts, or mechanical industries (e.g., hydraulics, irrigation). Experience working with machinery dealers, agricultural merchandise, or in technical sales. Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn the intricacies of the products. A genuine interest in farming, agriculture, or machinery. Ability to develop strong relationships with existing and new dealers. Self-motivation, a proactive attitude, and a passion for sales. Location Flexible. Work from anywhere in central NSW (Bathurst, Orange, Dubbo, Tamworth, Wagga).
