Key Responsibilities: Lead and shape a customer-first service culture within the division.
Develop and implement strategies, systems, and processes to exceed service targets and improve service efficiency.
Identify service challenges, address root causes, and implement solutions to enhance overall customer experience.
Oversee the management of customer queries, product damage claims, returns, and transport service demands in alignment with company standards.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with key customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Proactively manage service exceptions, address demand peaks, and mitigate risks to maintain customer satisfaction.
Support business development efforts by ensuring smooth integration of new customer accounts across all departments.
Use strong analytical skills and sound judgement to make data-driven decisions that ensure excellent customer service.
Required Skills and Experience: In-depth knowledge of the logistics industry, customer needs, and market trends.
Established network of carrier relationships to support day-to-day customer service operations.
Proven experience in customer service, business development, and operational environments.
Proficiency in using transport order management and execution systems to manage workflows.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt service styles to meet diverse customer needs.
