Goodman Fielder Goodman Fielder is seeking an ICT Business Analyst to join our Engineering /Operations team. This role is suited for professionals with 2 years of experience in data/engineering analysis who are keen to apply their skills in an operational position. The role will play a significant role in the ANZ Reliability excellence initiative in preparation and implementation for SAP Preventive Maintenance software platform. Ideal for individuals with a foundational background in data analysis, engineering or accounting with working experience of Goodman Fielder systems and processes. BenefitsTask & Responsibilities Partnering with all Australian sites to prepare for SAP MRP by organizing and coordinating ICT activities in preparation for SAP. Responsible for the SAP PM project cycle involving the planning, execution, reporting and monitoring of the project. Accountable for the scheduling, prioritization and task coordination, and meeting project milestones, objectives and deliverables within agreed timeframes and budgets. Ensure consistency in SAP materials management (MM ) preparation including: Ensuring ‘clean’ data related to the materials, vendors, plants, storage locations and inventory management. Managing Goods Receipts (GRs), Goods Issue (GI), physical inventory, Goods Return Management, Batch Management, Material Valuation, and Stock Transfer Procuring, processing and production of materials with transactions such as Purchase Order (PO), Purchase Requisition (PR), Contracts, Inventory Valuation, Vendor Management and Materials Requirement Planning. In collaboration with Wilmar and GF ANZ, establish SAP master data governance which is a framework of rules, policies, and procedures aimed at ensuring the quality and consistency of data - including definitions and the delineation of roles and responsibilities for data stewards and users. Directing and coordination of user training. including the establishing of. Planning strategies - made to order or made to stock or its variations. Planning types - i.e., consumption-based planning methods or demand-based planning methods and net requirement planning or gross requirement planning. Lot sizing procedures set for the material and Bill of Materials (BOM) Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, IT, Accounting) 2 years of experience in data/engineering analysis or a related field Proven ability in interpreting data and developing insights. Strong attention to detail. Collaborative team player. Experience of working with Goodman Fielder systems and processes would be ideal.
