Our services span from initial planning and investment, through start-up and operations.Project Overview:The Project includes the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of 3 new bucket-wheel reclaimers including associated structural, mechanical, electrical and communications services.The Project also includes the design and construction of associated off-board scope including bulk earthworks, civil infrastructure, structural works and electrical upgrades to support the functionally safe operation of the new reclaimers.Job Summary:In this role, you will coordinate development and author project reporting including cross-functional input, compiling information received, status input, incorporating into reporting deliverables, and reviewing for quality. You will assist in basic cost control, schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, and programs. Your attention to detail and support will be key to project success.Major Responsibilities:For complex projects or functional roles: Coordinates development and authors a significant portion of project reporting including cross-functional input, compiling information received, status input, incorporating into reporting deliverables, and reviewing for quality.Assists cost estimating, analysis, and control activities and schedule development, maintenance, reporting, and monitoring activities, as directed.Duties consist of a variety of tasks set within parameters established by the procedure or process being supported and the cost or schedule engineer assigning the task, such as input for weekly project action items list, maintain database, prepare reports, and provide additional support, as required.Education and Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualification.Required Knowledge and Skills:High degree of passion and ambition to work in the construction industry and help transform communities and change landscapes.Working Rights in Australia without employer sponsorship are required.We are a 2025 Circle Back Initiative Employer & commit to respond to every applicant.Diverse teams build the extraordinary:As a global company, Bechtel has long been home to a vibrant multitude of nationalities, cultures, ethnicities, and life experiences.
