We’re seeking a driven and motivated Digital Product Owner to join our dynamic Digital team. If you’ve got a knack for shaping digital products and want to be at the forefront of transforming the sport of tennis across Australia, this is your chance to make a real impact.In this role, you’ll work closely with our Senior Digital Product Manager – Event Operations, helping to bring our vision of digitalising tennis clubs and coaches to life. We’re looking for someone who is ready to take on the challenge of driving the Event Operations Digital Product Strategy and connecting tennis with more fans and consumers nationwide.In this role, you will:Product Backlog Management: Define, prioritise, and manage the digital product/experience backlog to ensure we are building the right solutions.Digital Product Delivery: Lead the development and delivery of exceptional digital experiences and products, ensuring they meet the needs of users.Experience Optimization: Drive the continuous optimisation of the Event Operations Digital experience across digital and mobile channels.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams to gain alignment on prioritisation and investments to improve and innovate our Event Digital experiences.Customer-Centric Innovation: Analyse market trends and stakeholder feedback to drive innovations that continually improve and evolve Tennis Australia's digital offerings.Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate with the Event Operations team to develop compelling value propositions and execute effective strategies to maximise product adoption and usage.About YouYou are a digital product enthusiast with a genuine passion for creating innovative solutions that make a meaningful impact.
