About the opportunity As an Implementation Coordinator at Australia Post, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Operational network. The purpose of this role is to keep track of Network Operations assets mainly related to the delivery of parcels and aligned with the expansion strategy and interact with the different stakeholders for ordering and organising storage of the equipment. What you’ll deliver with us Organise and maintain data repository of all assets ordered and keep track of their location Manage ordering and tracking of delivery to the different warehouses across the country Organise and manage fret of equipment in between the warehouses Report on ordered, received and deployed assets Interact with the different stakeholders for the tracking and management of the Parcel Locker assets You’ll also Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders to foster positive corporate outcomes. Ability to work in a high-velocity, fast-paced environment, where time management is critical. Familiarity with process improvement and project management methodologies. Ability to develop detailed work instructions, policy documentation, and operational communications (e.g., Weekly Comms releases). Collaborate with internal stakeholders – Out of home Strategy and Implementation team, Retail & Network Ops, IT, Risk and as well as external Key stakeholders including hardware providers and transport companies About you As an Implementation Coordinator, you will navigate a high-velocity environment, where strong time management is essential. You will apply your knowledge of project management methodologies and process improvement to develop operational documentation and communication strategies. Remaining effective in high-pressure situations will be key to meeting goals and delivering results. You’ll also need Strong understanding of Australia Post’s Letters & Parcels delivery network including service standards, compliance requirements, business drivers, key decision makers etc. Experience with asset tracking and working within the transport and logistics industry. Proficiency in technology and management software. Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
