We are currently seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our traffic & labour department.
The Compliance Officer is responsible for providing exceptional administration and compliance services to both MIEPOL personnel and its clients. The role involves supporting internal and external inductions, training bookings, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional customer service to internal and external clients.
* Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to promote partnership relationships.
* Elevate compliance concerns to the operations team.
* Coordinate and perform all compliance administration tasks.
* Draft documents, correspondence, and reports as required.
* Manage databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
* Support team members with compliance and administration tasks.
About You:
This is a fast-paced environment requiring someone who is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Previous experience in high-volume compliance and administration is essential. Good English communication skills, strong administrative skills, and excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are also required.
