HR & Recruitment Administrator
Clough has an exciting immediate opportunity for a HR & Recruitment Administrator to join the HR & Resourcing Team in Perth! In this key role, you will be the focal point providing administrative support to both the in-house HR & Resourcing function across the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Your focus will include:
* Administration of project / recruitment specific documents and site entry requirements
* Scheduling interviews, medicals and related assessments.
* Conducting phone screening and reference checks.
* Maintenance of recruitment and HR records through Workday, and other related systems.
* Issuing new starters packs and ensuring all documentation is completed, collected and electronically filed in Workday.
* Assisting with compliance reporting including license/ tickets, emergency contact, insurance, visas etc.
* Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, supervisors and clients.
* General HR administration tasks.
What you will bring to the team:
To succeed in this role, you will be a highly motivated and process driven individual, with a strong eye for detail and excellent time management skills. You will have previous experience in an Administration role within a fast-paced project environment, ideally with a background in both HR and recruitment teams. Advanced skills in both Microsoft Excel and Word are essential.
