We are renowned for exemplary recovery focused, holistic, and person forward care in mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, psychosis and personality vulnerabilities in addition to dependency disorders.Joining our team means you’ll be supported by great team leaders, be part of a strong, innovative team who always strive for better, and have the opportunity to flourish and grow.We are looking for a part-time permanent Social Worker with passion for excellence in customer service delivery to join our team, to work 8 hours a week, the days and times can be flexible according to the needs of the successful candidate and the service.As a Social Worker your responsibilities will include:Providing individual sessions for inpatients referred for social work services, which may include NDIS/Centrelink applications, housing priorities and homelessness, medical certificates etc.Being a key contributor to family meetings with the patient, Psychiatrist, and their family.Communicating and collaborating with other clinicians or stakeholders providing treatment to the individual.The position requires the person to work independently with the patients and as a multidisciplinary team member of mental health professionals; and to liaise closely with the treating Psychiatrist.
