About the Position The Logistics Administrator will be responsible for managing the administrative functions of the logistics department, ensuring timely reporting, compliance, and efficient support to the logistics team.
Key Responsibilities Include: Provide administrative support to the Regional Logistics Managers.Coordinate and participate in meetings, ensuring all actions are followed up.Assist in the completion of safety, health, and environmental plans.Maintain accurate monthly reporting, including KPI, profit & loss, and variance analysis.Coordinate HR activities including performance reviews, training, and timesheet entry.Manage asset registers and ensure compliance with vehicle and equipment requirements.Process and maintain accurate purchase orders and goods receipts.Manage conference calls, minute-taking, and document filing.Coordinate onboarding processes for new drivers and manage their related paperwork.Skills and Experience Required Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Experience with administrative processes, including reporting and HR coordination.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant databases.Experience in logistics or similar industries is preferred.Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.Apply Now To apply for this role, please click the apply button or for more information contact:
