This role is focused on driving shop sales and fuel volume, providing solid leadership and coaching to team members, identifying key market trends, and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.Key responsibilities: Analyse key trends in P&L performance and put effective action plans in place to improve performance as required.Monitor the execution of retail initiatives, promotional programs, and ensure the customer offer is executed across each site.Provide strong coaching and leadership to all Ampol retail employees in this area.Develop workforce resourcing plans for your territory, including implementation of workforce succession planning.Drive compliance and ensure operations are conducted in a safe and timely manner.Keep up to date with the latest competitor activity, local community initiatives, and customer demographics in order to develop retail responses in the market.Communicate with stakeholders and be highly organised to effectively influence and work alongside regional teams, support functions, and the retail operations team.About you: An individual who is passionate about coaching and mentoring retail employees to drive business results.
