Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead - Retail
Manage all paid online advertising campaigns across various international markets, aligned with the omnichannel activation calendar, target audiences, and e-commerce performance KPIs. Focus on the complete funnel, from awareness to online sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Formulate and execute the organization's international digital media strategy
* Work with regional teams to compose the right media mix per country, ensuring balanced digital ad channels against other media bought
* Optimize, test, and validate customer acquisition, activation, and retention journeys via Search, YouTube, Social Advertising, and Display
* Report on the impact of digital advertising channels and adjust strategies accordingly
* Coach junior team members and facilitate their learning path
About You:
* Solid experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing channels
* Proven knowledge working with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to explain learnings and analysis in a clear and structured way
* Minimum 5 years' online marketing experience at an agency or premium brand
