About the role
:
1. We are seeking Registered Midwives who have a passion for providing comprehensive, woman centred care to join the vibrant team at Manning Maternity Services.
2. Manning Maternity Services provides holistic, woman centred care to mothers and babies over 34 weeks of gestation, mothers and babies with low to moderate risk factors and following caesarean section births.
3. The Maternity Unit features 3 birthing rooms with ensuite, and assessment room and a large bath suitable for use in labour. There are also 13 beds to care for antenatal and postnatal women and babies.
4. Staff are supported by the Midwifery Unit Manager, Clinical Midwifery Educators and Clinical Midwifery Specialists.
Requirements:
5. Current registration as a Registered Midwife with AHPRA.

Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme:
This vacancy may be eligible for an Attraction and Relocation package that includes the following*:
10. Attraction incentive paid as a Rural and Regional fortnightly allowance of up to $10,000 for the first 12-months
11. Retention incentive of up to $10,000 thereafter annually
12. PLUS 3 months accommodation assistance ( rent payments, mortgage re-payments, payments for commercial accommodation)
*All payments and reimbursements made to part time employees will be on a pro-rata basis.
