JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our fantastic F&B team at the Citrique Seafood Restaurant on a part time basis. About the role We are searching for a capable In Room Dining Attendant to join our exceptional team at JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa. The In-Room Dining Attendant is responsible for providing our guests with friendly, efficient and consistent service of food and beverage products in hotel rooms. Growing your career as a part time In Room Dining Attendant is a great opportunity to develop useful skills in a luxury hotel environment. Critical responsibilities: Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests. Set trolleys according to orders and set up tables in the guest room. Answer questions on menu selections. Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, recook orders, and product availability. Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen. Record transactions in the MICROS system at the time of order. Check-in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day. Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc. Present physical and accurate checks to guests and process payments. Check and record Minibar consumptions and re-stock minibars in guest rooms. Clear trolleys and trays from all hotel floors.
