About the Role
As a Communications Manager in our team, you’ll play a key role in helping to deliver communications in support of transformation, change and special projects across the enterprise. This role will develop and implement change communication strategies to effectively support the delivery of successful change programs and initiatives across the bank, while maintaining a keen eye to reputation risk management. You will also work closely with, and provide consultative support to, project change leads, initiative leads, Talent & Culture, and business stakeholders in planning, implementing, and monitoring the communications strategies and activities needed to support change programs and initiatives.

What will your day look like?
As a Communications Manager, you are accountable for:
1. The effectiveness of the change communication strategies in delivering various programs or initiatives
2. Delivering coordination and delivery of communication activities in support of change and special project initiatives
3. Monitoring the sequencing of change communications to manage reputation risk and issues, escalating to Senior Manager, Change & Project Communications when required
4. Supporting the continuous improvement of processes aligned to strategic narrative of the division.
5. The effective use of regular enterprise communication channels such as all-staff webcasts, open mics, Weekly Wraps, roadshows in support of change programs or initiatives
6. Timely escalation of risks and issues to the Senior Manager, Change & Project Communications
7. Staying in touch with best practice and emerging ideas on change communications
