The Role
We are looking for a strong mat pilates instructor to teach our 8.30am Sunday class. An established class with 40-50 members who love mat pilates. You will be able to enjoy a free membership including our pool, sauna and spa, and all group fitness classes including reformer. Responsibilities:
* Teach mat pilates classes effectively
* Develop group fitness programs and manage the class timetable
* Generate and follow up on Clinical Pilates sessions through funded programs
Minimum Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor (desirable)
* Experience as a group fitness instructor
* Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, or Group Exercise Instructor (GEI)
* Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia
* Current Senior First Aid Certificate
* Current CPR Certificate
* Relevant Program Certification (e.g., Reformer Pilates)
* Working with Children's Check
* Agree to undergo a police check as part of the employment process
* Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential
* Driven to success with a friendly can-do attitude
